New Things Coming This Summer

Destin is always growing and adding fun new restaurants and experiences perfect for any guest. With Destin Gulfgate’s fantastic location, you are in the prime spot to be in close proximity to all new additions. We’ve compiled a list of all the latest must-dos on the Emerald Coast for the whole family – all within a few miles of our property.

Restaurants:
A Ruby Slipper Cafe is opening in early May. Right across the street from Destin Commons and only a few miles from our property, this delicious brunch place is the perfect way to enjoy family time. A tasty Ruby Mimosa with Biscuits and Gravy never sounded so good. Find the menu here. 

We are getting a Tennessee-original Nashville hot chicken restaurant, Party Fowl. This delicious southern original is opening in the Destin Commons across from Bass Pro Shops only a few miles from our property. You have to try the mouth-watering original “Nashville Hot” Half Bird. Destin Commons is also opening the City Food Hall with 10 new restaurants and Topgolf simulators. This is an exciting upscale collection of fantastic local chefs bringing you flavors from around the world to the Emerald Coast. Read more about it here.

Activities: 

Presto!, a world-renowned magic show, is coming to our beach town to bring spellbinding talents. The first show is happening May 19 and it will run through August 19, 2022. This unique experience will also be happening at the Destin Commons. Tickets will be going live soon and you won’t want to miss this experience.

Because we are so centrally located, there are endless opportunities for things to do in Destin. These fun and exciting additions to our coastal paradise amplify the fantastic attractions already here.
