Great place!

This was my second year in the same unit. It definitely did not disappoint. My opinion you can't get a better location the Destin Gulfgate and unit 203 now feels very familiar. Staff was friendly but didn't really have to interact with them, ( we checked late and left early). In my opinion if you don't have to bug the front dest they are doing there job. Bailey at the beach/chair check-in was very friendly, and did a great job making beach time seamless. This will be an annual trip for my family - got to get booked for next year!

We recently stayed in Unit 203, it was great. Very clean and well stocked with all the kitchen we needed. The unit is one of the best we have ever rented because it was NOT over decorated nor crowded with unless furniture or decorative items. It has NO fake flowers or trees in the condo. It was NOT an interior decorated nightmare. It has nice useful furnishing and just the right amount of wall art. Maintenance was quick to respond to a lock problem. All the staff we dealt with were pleasant and very helpful. The view from the balcony is awesome. We had our meals on the balcony and sat and read and just looked at the waves. Very relaxing visit to Destin for us. The sounds of the waves are easily heard sitting on the balcony. We always find Gulfgate the right place for us and we easily access all the grocery stores, shopping places, restaurants, and Resurrection Church we like to visit. I highly recommend Until 203 and Destin Gulfgate for your Destin visits.

6th yr at Gulfgate, 2nd time staying in this unit. It is clean & like that its on 2nd floor so you can take stairs if need be. The furniture has been updated from the pics. Kitchen isn't as updated as other units but for the cheaper price then the other units, I'll take it! Would defiantly stay here again.

Had a great time at the beach

We have been staying at the Destin Gulf Gate now for a couple years. It is always clean and the property management staff is great.

Gulfgate provides a gated property. The beach is private, the pool is great for families. We have never used it but they provide outdoor grills and a covered eating area . The location can’t be beat. Close to all the restaurants, shopping, groceries and there is a kids entertainment experience across the street.
The condo complex is always super clean. All the staff is friendly. We have stayed 4 times in different units and we will be going back.

Everything was as expected. Very clean, great location and we loved having the beach service included. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

The condo was comfortably furnished with everything we needed. (Could have used a Kerig) but if that is only a suggestion. For me this is the only option to stay in Destin. We stayed here for 4 nights in August. The location is perfect. The condo was clean and very accommodating.

We had a wonderful time at Destin Gulfgate! The condo was very spacious and clean. The kitchen was stocked with all the amenities that we needed.The beds were very comfortable. The view was gorgeous! The staff at Destin Gulfgate were very courteous and helpful. Check in and check out were a breeze. We love that the beach chairs and umbrella were complimentary. Our only complaint was the shower curtain in the master bathroom had spots of mold or mildew, which could be fixed by laundering it. We would definitely stay here again!

Our condo was well equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed the room and the view!

Rental was very easy. Did everything on-line

Wasn’t sure how I’d feel about this condo looking at the pictures, but it was amazing. Comfortable beds and furniture, everything you can think of for the kitchen, loved having the extra ice maker, 2 full bathrooms, everything was great. For the price I think they could’ve included an extra roll of paper towels, but that is my only complaint. Otherwise everything was fantastic!

Everything is just as you would hope for. Spacious and clean as well as a modern decor that suits the beach. Beach access is fabulous with limited traffic to the condo area.

This was our 2nd time staying at Destin Gulfgate and our 3rd condo rental. We decided to extend our stay by 2 additional nights and
were moved to this condo since it was the only condo available. The owner was able to accommodate us even though it was a last minute decision. So far, every condo we've stayed in at this location has been beautifully decorated and clean. We love staying here and will definitely be back!

The view is perfect..

We enjoyed our visit. The unit is large & clean with great beach views & easy access. The furniture is outdated but comfortable. There are no spices or beach toys that usually come with most rentals. The management was great & immediately unclogged our sink. I would definitely bring your own paper towels & toilet paper because they have the really cheap stuff .

As always I love Destin and especially Destin Gulfgate. This is my 6th or 7th year visiting and we always stay in the same room. Couldn't get any better. Want to give a special shout-out to Josh and Robbie. They took care of all our needs on the beach and were very attentive!!

Destin Gulfgate has been our go to place for family vacations. Location, size, and management make this an ideal place. They are doing a better job of making sure people using the facilities are Gulfgate patrons.Maintenence concerns were taken care of promptly such as TV, lights, icemaker, thermostat needed attention. Beach chair service is great and the pool was warm and clean. Some equipment in exercise area was not working. We hope to be back in the future.

It affects those above, below, & on either side. We travel frequently, & most places no longer allow smoking on balconies. We seldom experience people who smoke, but several people were smoking this time in the condo below us, & we were not the only guests who found it to be a problem.

The condo was very beautiful, clean, and spacious. The kitchen was supplied well with all the essentials. Large balcony with plenty of seating and a table. I like the security of the entrance into Gulfgate being gated and there was a gate to get into the beach area as well. The beach was exquisite! We would definitely stay here again!
