From check in to check out everything was very good

We really enjoyed our stay in 306 this trio. Lots of upgrades. We have been coming to Gulfgate for a lot of years and always like this property. I like the fact that it’s gated and staff is friendly and it is always clean.

Property was exactly as advertised, clean and updated, with beautiful ocean-view balcony.

We have stayed in the Destin area for years. Destin Gulfgate is now our favorite place to stay. The location is convenient. The staff was incredible-friendly and very responsive to our requests. Whenever we return to this beautiful area, we won't stay anywhere else!

Overall very pleased with Destin Gulfgate. We stayed in 306 and loved the layout and large gulf front balcony. Location was also very desirable to great restaurants and excursions. Workout facility was very nice to be able to get a quick workout in. Only complaint would be that our ice machine was not in working condition at check in. This was relayed to front desk twice, but never got fixed during our stay.

It is walking distance to the beachside Back Porch restaurant and a wonderful candy/coffee/ souvenir shop. Multiple restaurants, a variety of shopping options, golfing and family entertainment venues are minutes away. We plan to come back to 306 next year.

Our condo was well decorated and furniture and beds were so comfortable. We had breakfast on the outside deck and had the best views ever.

The unit was so clean, updated, private beach but everything was very close and convenient! The beds were really comfortable I slept on the pull out couch one night and that was even comfortable! Easy to rent and very responsive! We would rent this unit again. ❤️❤️

This condo was absolutely perfect! My nieces and I spent a long girls weekend here and we couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful place to stay with an incredible balcony with beautiful beach views!! We will be back!!

This condo is perfect!! Clean, great location, good communication with the office, and the view from the large balcony is amazing!! Having an ice machine in the room is the bonus we didn’t know we needed! Highly recommend!

Great time in Destin and loved our stay at Gulfgate. Weather was perfect, condo was perfect, location was perfect...will return!

Great view

We've been visiting Destine Gulfgate for several years now and have learned that we love the end units!! This year we went with Unit #306 and it was perfect! From the shaded parking spot that is perfectly located next to the stairs, which is right next to the condo entry door, it was a win win! We rarely took the elevator, it was just too easy to access the car and stairs much quickly.

This unit has an ice machine which is also a WIN WIN! We never had to buy any ice for our coolers.

The unit was high enough to see the beautiful beach views, but low enough for easy access to and from the beach.

We'll most definitely be back! Thank you for a great vacation!

This is a nice place to stay. We have stayed here several times and will again. However, this particular unit had AC problems and the first night we had to stay in a different unit. That was a little troublesome but it won’t keep us from going back.

This was our 2nd condo rental here and with it being an end unit, it has 3 windows on the side facing the pool area. The beds were very comfortable and having 2 walk-in showers was an added plus. We love everything about staying at this property and will definitely be back.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Destin GulfGate and unit 306! Amazing views from the balcony, beautifully decorated unit, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed and very spacious unit. The pool and beach are perfect for a family. We visited in April and the pool heat was turned on which was greatly appreciated! Centrally located, quick drive to all amenities. Highly recommend Destin GulfGate!

Love Destin Gulfgate! But I hear the rates are going up, so not sure we'll be staying here anymore. :(

This condo was the best yet that we have stayed at here at the Gulfgate. Will for sure be requesting it again next year. Robby the beach guy was also great and helpful during the stay with the chairs and stuff.

We loved everything about our stay! The beach was easy access with a bathroom located in garage area before you walk out to the beach. We had chairs waiting on us everyday! The condo was clean and nicely decorated! We will be back!

Awesome property with a perfect location . Right on the beach in Destin but on the eastern end so Sam Destin is easier to access too. Traffic can be horrible on 98 so perfect location. Great views! Close to everything!!

The condo was beautiful. Loved the view. Weather wasn’t great but nice to get away and enjoy the quiet and listening to the waves.
Amenities were good.

Excellent room. Ice maker was a HUGE plus. Well stocked kitchen. Very clean and up to date unit.

Condo 306 was gorgeous, clean and had tons of space for our family of four! Beautiful furnishings, appliances and the ice maker and wet bar were a huge plus! The complex was clean, workers were nice and the pool was great! Looking forward to coming back!!
