This unit is beautiful, comfortable, and roomy. Our group of 5 had plenty of seating to eat or lounge in the living area. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook. The extra ice maker was great for filling up the cooler before heading to the beach. We loved having the beach, pool, and grilling area steps away. We will definitely be back!

My family and I had such an amazing time! We stayed in Destin Gulfgate unit 605 in August 2024. The unit is super luxurious and has everything you need to enjoy the white sands and blue waters of Destin! The condo was clean and well maintained, and the staff at Destin Gulfgate are very friendly and helpful! We will definitely be staying at Destin Gulfgate again! Thanks for making our Destin vacation so spectacular!!!

We have been staying at Destin Gulfgate since 2010. I have probably stayed in 9 or 10 different rentals and this is in my top three favorites. With granddaughters one of my favorite things about this condo was the coffee table with four stools - perfect for children to sit at and eat. I did mention a couple of minor things to the front desk at check out for them to look at but they were more than happy to write them down and check them out before the next guests were to check in.

Once again, the Destin Gulfgate didn't disappoint. The location, the condo, the weather, the amenities and the staff have always been the reason we stay here.

Destin Gulfgate is clean, well maintained and the staff is amazing. Have stayed here many times and never disappointed. It’s gated with security codes, beachfront balcony and kid friendly pool. Two beach chairs with umbrella is included in your rental. Wonderful place to vacation.

Destin Gulfgate was the perfect place to stay and we absolutely loved our condo. The condo was updated and had the perfect layout for our family, and the beach service made relaxing on the beach super easy.

So happy we came across Destin Gulfgate! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Gulfgate is conveniently located to everything Destin has to offer, yet is still tucked away to offer a peaceful vacation. All of the staff was super nice and helpful and the condo was very nice and has everything you might need. Gulfgate is located just a short walk from The Back Porch and we really enjoyed eating there twice during our weeklong stay. The condo in our opinion is top notch and worth every penny. If/when we come back to Destin, this will be the only place we book accommodations!!

We stayed 13 days, love the accommodations, rooms, beds, views, etc. Everything was outstanding, the pool was heated, access to the beach was easy. We will definitely be back. The staff was great, maintenance was very helpful.

We have been staying at Gulfgate for many years. We keep coming back due to the central location, beach views, and low ratio of people to beach - generally we all get a front row! We love the large balconies that overlook the ocean. The Gulfgate staff are very friendly and helpful.

This was the first time we rented unit 605. Overall it was clean and nicely decorated but it's starting to look a little worse for wear. One of the sofas had a tear in it and the rug needs to be replaced. The patio furniture needs replacing too - there are many tears in the fabric. We like to cook a lot during our stay and found the kitchen adequate. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are in good working condition. We would stay in this unit again if the outdoor furniture is updated.

My family stayed in room 605 for this visit, only thing I’d say is bathrooms (particularly tub) needs updating but was told that is being done this Fall! Love this place and haven’t been anywhere else since I found it 4 years ago. Location is amazing and the rooms are spacious! Can’t wait to visit again!

Gulfgate never disappoints us. We have sent many customers their way. We never consider looking elsewhere but may be forced to with the price increase. This makes us all very sad.

Lovely updated unit

You can’t go wrong with Destin Gulfgate! This is our fourth time staying and it’s absolutely wonderful every time! I searched and searched for our first visit in 2015 and came upon Destin Gulfgate, it’s outstanding.

Updated condo with all the community amenities needed for a fantastic vacation. The unit, build, pool and beach were clean and managed by kind staff. Would recommend the Gulfgate to any couple or small family.
