We loved our stay at Destin Gulfgate #102. This unit was well equipped and extremely clean. I loved having enough towels for everyone without having to wash after every shower!!! The only thing I would suggest is to replace the wooded shutters (they are sooo nice) with a blackout curtain in the master. The shutters don’t keep light out so it was very bright really early each morning. This would deter me from staying again! We will be back!

We absolutely loved our stay in Destin! This condo was amazing, so clean, spacious, located near the back porch which was perfect for us! We will definitely be back!!

We have stayed at Gulfgate twice now in the same condo and it’s been a great experience. Condo was clean and beds comfortable. Kitchen is very clean. All of the staff are super nice and helpful. The beach is not crowded. Great location!

Perfect location, amazing view, clean and not crowded

We stayed several days for a soccer tournament, this was perfect for a family of 4, clean and a great view.

Kitchen well appointed, bathrooms recently remodeled, wonderful view of the beach and ocean. Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets.
We enjoyed the games books provided by the owners, for rainy day!

This was our third summer to stay here. It has been a great experience every time. Very clean, updated, convenient to everything. The beach service was great. The pool is very kid friendly. Overall a great place to stay!

We love Gulfgate, but we particularly love this condo! We have stayed at several different units, but this one is now our favorite. Beautiful beach decor, giant TV, well stocked kitchen, functioning ice machine and fridge - it was all just perfect! Location can’t be beat, and it did not fee overcrowded on the beach, even on Memorial Day weekend. We will be back!

Very Nice. People working there are always going out of there way to help and make sure everything is taken care. Would always highly recommend to others.

Our condos washer and dryer combo wasn't the best. Had to turn dryer on 3 times before rowels would even be dry. We tried to go swimming around 10am and it was supposed to be a heated pool, but maintenance man said they forgot to turn the heaters on and then we waited and then come to find out one of the heaters blew and so we couldnt swim

Unit 102 is very comfortable and has a great view even from the raised first floor. Kitchen has everything you would like to use for cooking. The showers in both bathrooms are up to date. I suppose one thing that could be improved would be the balcony furniture, as while new composite furniture, it could be more comfortable with some cushions. We spent a lot of time watching the sunrises & sunsets. We also dined on the roomy balcony. The staff at Gulfgate are extremely helpful and friendly. Parking was plentiful even with the few guests we hosted. The second bedroom was spacious enough and comfortable, same with the Master bedroom. Overall, we love the Gulfgate and hope to return for another month stay next February.

Great location: Unit we stayed in needed some attention to and upgrades: dishwasher and couches, have stayed here before and always enjoy this location

This condo is amazing!! This is the prefect condo if you have kids. The showers have two shower heads on the opposite end (full size shower) and one is short. The kids thought it was a blast with their personal little shower and it helped make the after beach clean up faster. The little gem of a stand alone ice maker.. PERFECT! The kitchen is huge so you’re not constantly bumping into each other. The balcony is wonderful and the width of the entire condo. You can access the balcony from the master suite or the living room. My only suggestion is to bring some cleaning supplies. They provide a couple of pods and the bare minimum for what you’ll need in the kitchen. We will absolutely be renting the condo again!

Upon our arrival we found the condo to be very clean. We were surprised when we were invited to attend a Birthday party, where almost everyone in the complex attended. That was followed up with a coffee and donuts for all of the complex renters. The get togethers helped to form a feeling of community.

Everything in the condo worked. The ice maker was a surprise! We made use of the heated pool. And we could never get enough of walking along the beautiful beach.

Unit 102 is very nice. The furniture is comfortable and there is lots of seating space. The beds are comfortable. The standalone ice maker is so awesome! The kitchen is reasonably well-stocked with dishes, silverware, pots and pans, etc. However, the dishwasher doesn't work well at all - it made us wonder how clean all of the dishes and such were, so we resorted to all paper plates and washed everything we wanted to use by hand. Also, be sure to bring your own paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, etc - Gulfgate only provides very minimal amounts of these items.

Excellent!!! Would go back in a heartbeat. This condo was everything we needed and more.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at Gulfgate, as always. The condo was clean and updated (this was our fourth time in the same condo).
