Left our home because of hurricane and had a wonderful calm experience at Gulfgate. We loved the unit and it’s one of our favorites ...I think we have stayed in almost all of them.

This is the first time we stayed on one of the lower floors. The condo was just as clean and beautiful as the one we usually stay in. The lady at the desk was kind enough to find us something to accommodate two extra nights, as our home in WNC was hit hard by Hurricane Helene and there was no way for us to return home.

Our stay at Destin Gulfgate was wonderful! Staff and condo were excellent! Views were wonderful from our balcony. More than we expected!

The Gulfgate Property was amazing. It was very clean, maintained very well and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Tracy and Kirsten were very accommodating. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Our Destin Gulfgate Condo was wonderful. Everything you need is right there. It was just as described on line. Very clean condo & the entire area outside was well taken up. The staff could not have been more helpful. Destin Gulfgate was just what we wanted for our vacation.

Awesome place, staff and beach.

Overall this was a wonderful unit to rent that worked extremely well for my family. It was my wife, myself, our 2 kids, and my in-laws. Everything was great. The only negative that I have, is that the “master” bedroom, king bed, was very stiff and not comfortable at all. In fact, the couch and love seat were way more comfortable to lay on. That truly was the only negative.

Great place. Deck furniture was recently replaced and we really enjoyed the love seat. There is a kurig and the owners have plenty of games and sand toys for renters to use. Great location and management team keeps everything in top shape including the build up on the pool wall. The only wish I have is that you could swim after the sun goes down.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in Unit 201! We have stayed in several units over the years and this one is one of our favorites! We will hopefully be staying again soon in this unit.

Family got stuck in the elevator as we were leaving, but the maintenance gentleman got them out in 20 minutes. So very appreciated him working so hard!!

The condo was clean had a fully stocked kitchen for cooking and can’t beat the balcony!

So charming & relaxing the condo had every utensil needed along with a breathtaking view of emerald coast

We travel frequently, and this is one of our favorite places to stay.
The people who work here are the very best.
It is very clean. The kitchens have a good supply of cooking utensils.
The location is great. We can walk many places.
It is easy to get into and out of the place.
The balconies are very long.
The condos are spacious & tastefully decorated. Some condos in Destin are full of clutter.(large unattractive green plants, inexpensive knick knacks on every surface )
The description of Gulfgate is perfect. We have recommended it to other people, and everyone cannot wait to return.

The deck furniture was very nice with the cushions!
I brought cushions from home because the last condo had new furniture but without cushions. We pretty much live on the deck so were very pleased.

We love staying at Destin Gulfgate! The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The condos are clean, comfortable and have everything you need. This is the only place we stay in Destin. Great beach access with daily beach set up by (Robby) very nice. Always a pleasure!

The accommodations of unit 201 were very nice, which made our month stay in February very enjoyable.

It was a great experience and we were extremely satisfied with the condo. Very disappointed to hear about the huge price increase for 2022. We were looking forward to going back but may not be affordable.

The room was very nice with some minor issues. 1. no bar area like the other rooms. 2. Master bedroom mattress slopes to middle.
We have stayed at Gulfgate many years in a row now and hope to continue but I hear rates are jumping enormously so not sure can afford it in the future. I hope we can be cause we love the place.

From the gated property, to the private beach, to the sweet pool (awesome for kids) - this property will not disappoint. Check-in was a breeze. The condo was great! It is close to several grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. We would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

We highly recommend the Gulfgate, great location, beautiful beach and well appointed condos. We were impressed by the measures being taken to protect staff and guests from Covid-19. I wouldn’t say anywhere else in Destin.

Even though the beach was closed due to Covid 19 we had a wonderful time staying here. The staff was constantly cleaning and maintaining all of the areas. Absolutely our favorite place to stay in Destin. Staff is awesome!
