We had a lovely vacation! Destin Gulf Gate 301 is beautifully decorated and felt like home! The view is amazing and its proximity to local amenities was great!

301 at Destin Gulfgate is one of our favorite units. It has everything you need for a perfect stay. I love the end units with the windows to see out. The view is spectacular! We will define back!

Easy booking, great communication, exceptional room and service. We have been coming to gulfgate for years. Once we found this place we never looked elsewhere. All the condos here are great! Nothing negative to say.

The condo was a great space for 6 of us. The location and convenience of being right on the beach was the best part

I can recommend this condo @ Destin Gulfgate. Clean with a view. The separate ice maker was a big plus. Beds could be updated, but ok. Bathroom countertops were on the low side as my head was above the mirror. Overall was a nice condo.

The condo was lovely and had everything we needed - there was even a gaming system for the gamers in your family. The oceanfront views were spectacular. The condo is close to shopping and restaurants - great location.

Had another great time at Destin Gulfgate, the weather was perfect and actually the best we ever had in November with high's of 78 each day. Unit 301 was great, condo was clean and recently remodeled, All furniture was nice including porch and bed's were comfy. TV's and remotes were a little tricky. Only inconvenience was the lack of items like salt/pepper, aluminum foil etc for kitchen. Always nice to walk down to The Back Porch even though it is pricey. Would definitely recommend unit 301 and will be back to Gulfgate.

This was our 4th time staying at the Destin Gulfgate and it never disappoints! Everything was super clean, the unit included everything we needed or wanted. The property was clean, well maintained and conveniently located to our points of interest. I've recommended this property to other family members and I'd definitely stay here again!

After our first visit 6 years ago we have come here every year and we never look for another place to stay! Always clean and safe! Never too crowded! We come every year and have stayed in multiple rooms - not a single complaint about any of them or the property. And we will be back each year right here as long as we are blessed to do so!

Condo was exactly as pictured. Quick and easy walk to the beach. Enjoyed the complimentary happy hour! Had a minor maintenance issue (leak from above) and they addressed the issue immediately.

This was our 3rd stay at Gulfgate. It's a great place for a family vacation.

We were here in the middle of October. Our family of four could not have had more perfect accommodations (although I think it would have been comfortable with six people too)! It had everything you needed for a great vacation! Top of the line appliances, including a brand new air fryer, which we certainly utilized! Beds were incredibly comfortable, which is not something you find in every rental property. location was absolutely perfect, minutes away from entertainment and great eating. Beach was absolutely breathtaking. We spent tons of time on the massive patio with a phenomenal view of the water. My husband, of course loved the Xbox. We didn’t use the pool, but it was pretty spacious and super clean. There was a fun complementary, happy hour one evening for all the guests at the building. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Absolutely nothing I could complain about! We will definitely be back to 301!!!!!

This was our first family trip and I loved how spacious this condo was. It didn’t feel like we were right on top of eachother. This condo was beautiful! The owners did a fantastic job on all the beachy decorations and establishing a sense of “Feeling like home”. We will definitely be back!

We loved staying at 301. We’ve stayed at gulfgate before but we really enjoyed our time staying in 301. It was very clean, and had been just remodeled. Decor was super cute. It’s nice seeing little touches from the owners and their family. We will definitely be staying here again!

As usual, we loved our week there. Our room was great. Our only hick-up was several days without TV because the main tv was in "store" mode. Owner did work with us to try and resolve the issue which was after several days.

It was a wonderful place to stay. Condo was excellent and beaches were clean and not overly crowded.

This was our first vacation for our family of five and it was simply amazing!! This spacious unit was perfectly cleaned and felt just like home. A nit-picky concern was there were times we wanted to go out on the porch, but cigarette smoke was coming from the below unit. I am very sensitive to this smell, so we just stayed inside our went to the pool or beach. No big deal at all!

Beautiful condo! Loved the newness inside. Beautifully appointed with nice beachy touches. Large bedrooms with flat screen TV's, Hulu Live included. Don't hesitate to book this one. It is so worth it with restaurants within walking distance on the beach and best of all the ocean view! It just doesn't get much better than this!

Experience itself was excellent. Condo needs some TLC. Updates in furnishings would be good. Coaches past their best years. All bathroom counters and toilets need to be raised to current height standards.

Overall it was a nice experience. We have vacationed at Gulfgate before and have always had a great time.

Our room was extremely clean with great decor with an excellent view! I was really looking for a lower floor but after staying in room 301, we will rebook this room every time. The staff was great and lots of things to do within minutes.

Loved the room. My husband and I love Destin Gulfgate and the normal room we use was not available, but this one was perfect. The only issue I had was with one of the guest beds being uncomfortable in room two. Other than that, we had a great time. Everything is so clean!

As soon as we opened the door I could smell fresh clean scent. It was like being home. Everything was clean, neat, organized. Loved the master shower. Bedrooms are large. We had 6 people and everyone was comfortable. Pool was clean too. Easy access to beach.
