Very good. Im giving it 4.5 stars. Well furnished and maintained unit. Great 4th floor view. I'm tall and furniture was low in the living area. Also Its a small thing but the laminate floors drove me crazy as it has high and lows. Otherwise I would given it 5 star review.

Condo #403 was tastefully decorated and comfortable as per photos and descriptions of this unit. Clean and well maintained. Customer service has always been excellent. We have recommended Gulfgate and would recommend this particular unit. We’ve been staying at Gulfgate for our vacations since 2007, and it’s always been a pleasure. Our favorite restaurant is The Back Porch, a short walk away. The pool is great, along with the beach chairs and umbrella setup. The arcade and go kart rides and other carnival type rides are all together in one spot and right across the street from Gulfgate. We look forward to staying here again for our next Florida vacation.

The unit was very comfortable and we had a great stay. The kitchen was the most well equipped in terms of pots, pans, prep knives, etc. of any unit we’ve occupied at The Gulfgate.

It was a very clean, cozy and furnished unit. Plenty of blankets, towels provided. The kitchen was well stocked. If you have kids you can walk across the street to the arcade and the racetrack. Target , Walmart and groceries are a 10minute drive. Enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend this unit.

The Destin Gulfgate is truly a great place to stay when visiting Destin. The location is terrific and the condos are clean and updated. December is also a wonderful time to be at the beach since it’s practically deserted. No complaints here!!!

First of all the best veiw ever of the white sandy beach the room was amazing clean and beautiful and the staff super friendly and helpful my wife and I will definitely be renting there again.

Destin Gulfgate is my heaven on earth. My friend and I have been vacationing here for about 10 years. We were bummed with the price increase but we did receive the 20% discount offer and made it possible for us to come again to our favorite place. Never have had a disappointing stay. Wow!!! I read reviews before booking and every single part of our stay was PERFECT! 10/10 recommend Gulfgate! Friendly staff, the condo was amazing so clean and so many amenities! The beds were extremely comfortable the added fans were a nice touch since we always sleep with fans. The beach was not crowded for being in Destin on 4th of July. This will be our new and only go to from now on!

This resort is ridiculously amazing! OMG The condo, spacious, the interior, luxurious, bed itself so comfy. View from living or bedside is perfect. Balcony is huge. 1-10. This place is a 9.5. Can’t do a 10 bc it seems selfish. It’s def a 10.

Took a last-minute trip to celebrate my birthday and always choose Gulfgate. The condo was serene and well-equipped with everything we needed. The property was kept clean and neat despite the renovations that are underway. The staff is always so friendly and helpful - we LOVE Gulfgate. Already counting the days until the next stay.

Our stay at Destin Gulfgate was perfect. This is my 3rd time staying at Gulfgate . I will always choose Gulfgate. The condo was very up to date and furnished very nicely. It had everything you could possibly need for the kitchen so you can cook in and sit on the huge balcony over looking the beautiful emerald green coast. The beach is reserved for Gulfgate, so it’s not over crowded. Everything was great. Felt like I was at home. I highly recommend for your next vacation destination.

My wife and I have been coming to Gulfgate for years now and we would never choose another place to stay in Destin. It's always super clean, private and centrally located to other spots all around the Destin area. Can't wait to come back.

This was the perfect location for a Winter beach vacation! Because the property is right on the beach and the condo has two sliding glass doors that open to the beach, we were still able to be “on the beach” in cooler and windier weather. The balcony shielded us from cold winds and allowed us to enjoy beautiful beach views. This property is also central to many restaurants and activities. Wonderful stay in a well-appointed condo.

The beach was virtually deserted! The condo was beautifully furnished and the view is the best in Destin.

The place was pretty and in a great location. But the master room bed was so uncomfortable, it felt old.

We will be back next year we loved it so much! The recent remodel was outstanding compared to other units we experienced! I wanted to feel special staying in a classy place! Thank you for helping us with our stay at witch rooms and stay longer!

This was our second time to stay her this year. It will be our new "go to" place!

We have been coming to Destin for over 20 years. For the last 2 years, we have stayed at the Destin Gulfgate. We come with another couple and this is absolutely heaven on Earth! The rooms have been beautiful, the staff courteous and not one complaint. We are very much planning to return to the same place again in 2022. Everything was well maintained, convenient to everything and the descriptions were accurate. We love it there!

My family and in-laws enjoyed a week long vacation in Destin.

It was very nice condo clean. Only trouble we had was with frontroom tv when we first got there. We could not get regular tv. Had to call maintenance man Monday morning. These condos are going up in price way too much for next year. We will not be coming back. We have been coming to Gukfgste for a few years now

Only one suggestion...I am handicapped, it would have helped if the carts for luggage fit in the rooms.

We come to Destin twice a year because our children and grandchildren live in the area. It was our first visit to Gulfgate & they are definitely the best value around. They exceeded expectations!! We rented 3 condos this trip. All were spotless, nicely decorated, great beds, and awesome views. Kitchens were stocked well although I recommended adding a crock pot for winter visitors and during Covid people are dining in more. We even put up a Christmas tree. It was beautiful. The staff were always friendly and helpful. We will most definitely be back again. Thank you!

Wonderfull

Destin Gulfgate is the crown jewel of Destin! Unit 0403 was very clean and modern. It had all the essentials and more. The beds were comfortable. All the units are large with huge balconies that overlook the Gulf. With the expansive beachfront, you never feel crowded. The pool was very clean and rarely got to capacity. You can't beat the location and amenities! We won't stay anywhere else!
