Great in all aspects except for the construction mess flying around the property.

The entire vacation rental experience was flawless. From the staff to the facilities, it was everything you could hope for. Thanks for a job well done.

Beautiful, comfortable condo with everything you need

We absolutely were thrilled with our stay in condo 601. Our original condo was canceled 5 days before our arrival, and this complex stepped up to help us secure a new rental. The condo was perfect. It was very clean. The balcony was huge and the views were breaktaking. The security made us feel extremely secure and safe with our children. We will stay there again in the future!

I have stayed at the Gulfgate many times over the years. This time was the first time in 601. It was not a disappointment! It was beautiful and has everything needed for a great stay. I especially love it being an end unit. It has beautiful views. Thanks for sharing your lovely condo with us.

Gulfgate is the place we consider when we are in need of a get away to restore and release build up stress from our day to day activities. The beauty of the ocean as you sit in the comfort of a clean relaxing condo on the beach. It's like looking out of the window of a cruise ship but you not moving unless you want to.

Enjoyed the location of the room. Room was clean and kitchen was well stocked. The only problem that we would like to address was the condition of the two recliners. Neither of the footrest worked properly. Overall we enjoyed our stay and do enjoy Gulfgate.

I have vacationed at Destin Gulfgate for the last 16 years and will not stay anywhere else in Destin. The property is in an excellent location, is clean and well kept up. Being literally right on the beach can't be beat. The unit itself (601) is wonderful and well stocked with needed supplies. With the exception of a couple years (2020 and 2022), I have only stayed in this unit. My only suggestion would be to add recycle bins on the property. Again, I won't stay anywhere else. Thanks for making my annual vacation so great!!

This was our 7th year at Destin Gulfgate. We love it here! Not crowded, nice decor, clear, beautiful pool and beach.

We had a great time as always and love that you don’t have to book for 7 nights anymore. We just can’t get away for that length of time

We loved how clean this place is. It came highly recommended and we absolutely loved staying there.

Loved the condo building. Easy parking(easy to access car on the way to beach for things left in car or stored in car(beach toys) very easy/short access to beach, great to have provided beach chairs, convenient location, pool was a little small but since condo building is only 11 floors it was perfect-never crowded, beach was perfect-not crowded like some of the high rise condos. And condos next door aren’t high rises either so beach was not crowded around us. The condo was clean and well equipped. Loved the recliners in the living room. The balcony was our favorite part. The doors in the living room and bedroom open up to make the balcony feel like another room(we only did this because we didn’t have the air or heat going because outside temp was perfect) oh and loved that we were on an end unit and had windows on side of condo too. We saw the most dolphins we have ever seen-a couple of days there were about 20 swimming by. We loved that we could walk to the Back Porch restaurant-our favorite. And we could walk to Henderson Park too. We’ve been coming to Destin for 25 years-t try his is our first time to stay here-we loved it and will be back. Also they were renovating while we were there so now everything will be nice and new next time we come. If you want me to tell anything we didn’t like-I can say I did not like the sinks/vanity in the master bath-that’s all I can come up with-lol

Our stay was amazing. From the beautiful view of our room, to the pretty decent prices, to the amazing staff our stay was delightful. This was our their time staying at Gulfgate and we will definitely choose it again.

This condo was amazing! The view of the beach was beautiful, the walk to the beach wasn’t far at all, and I loved that it included garage parking and an umbrella and beach chairs! The place was extremely clean and cute. The size was perfect for our family. The location was great because it was close to everything, the track just across the street, a couple minute drive to Walmart/target, Restuarant’s nearby. We couldn’t ask for anything better and will definitely stay here again!

Relaxing , beautiful view from the balcony , the beach is so nice and the chair/umbrella set up is a nice plus , lots of wonderful restaurants close by our favorites are Mimmo’s , Capriccio Cafe and Crackings .

We love Gulfgate and have been celebrating Thanksgiving here for over a decade. We enjoyed unit 601and our only critique would be sofa and leather recliner were difficult for our guests, of all ages, to get up from. The mattresses were wonderful. Especially enjoyed the walk-in shower.

I've been staying at Destin Gulfgate for over 15 years and I wouldn't stay anywhere else. The property is clean and well maintained and the amenities are top notch. From the pool to the beautiful beach, everything is perfect. I've already booked my stay for next year!

It was a beautiful condo, in a good location, beautiful view of the ocean, it was clean, not that far a walk to the back porch restaurant, you get your own beach chair every day

Condo was very clean and had all the things u need. The only thing is the chairs need to be replaced. We always enjoy the Gulfgate and go several times a year.

We have been coming to Gulfgate for the past 12 years and love it every time. When we walk through the front door, close the door behind us and walk out the doors of the balcony we feel that we are in our own paradise for the next 2 weeks. LOVE OUR PARADISE!

This is a great place to stay when visiting Destin. My family and I have never been disappointed with Condos. We have stayed in this specific unit now twice.

We stayed in unit 601 and had one of our best condo rental experiences. The Gulfgate property was well maintained, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The covered parking was a blessing from the Florida sun. The beach was gorgeous and the beach chair service was top notch. Our unit was well stocked and had everything we needed to have the perfect vacation. The property size was ideal for this COVID-19 world we are in now. While the property looked to be full, we never felt crowded, never had to wait for the elevators and felt safe throughout our stay. Have already recommended the Gulfgate to several friends in the 2 days since we've left. Can't wait to return!
