Beautiful oceanfront view. Very clean & nicely decorated. Pictures are exactly what you get. Location is private so less crowded. Staff was great. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The condo has everything you need and more. Everything was very clean and you can tell it's been updated. The ice maker was a really nice touch and not something you always find. We also always appreciate when a vacation rental has some kind of fitness room included as we like to stay active while traveling. Our plot of the beach was really quiet and relaxing, there's lots of space and you don't feel crowded at all. It was the perfect walking distance to the Back Porch if you want to walk up and get some drinks. The condo was also a perfect distance to local attractions and we didn't have to go very far at all to get anywhere. Check in and check out was very easy, the staff was friendly, no complaints! We would absolutely come back again :D

From booking the unit and checking out, it was a breeze! We loved how clean and spacious our place was and can't wait to go back. The staff are so friendly and helpful and treat you like family. Who wouldn't want to live there! We will be going back!

This is approximately the 11th or 12th year we have stayed at Destin Gulfgate and truthfully I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Destin. Each condo I have stayed in has been clean, roomy and comfortable. This year was the first time with grandbabies and it was wonderful. They had plenty of room to crawl and walk around. We love the employees and all the accomadations that Destin Gulfgate has to offer and with a 3 year old, 18 month that has just learned to walk and an 8 month old the zero entry, kid friendly pool was amazing.

We had a good time as usual. We love the facility and the location. We’ve been staying here for 12 years, always rebook before we leave but we didn’t this year because the 24’ pricing was ridiculous. It seems the prices are getting out of and we’re looking at other properties for next year.

We really enjoyed staying here. The access to the beach, pool, amenities (such as groceries), entertainment, and restaurants was unbeatable. The property was very clean and in great condition. The bars on the balcony railing made me slightly nervous with smaller children, but the doors to access the balcony locked well above their reach. Otherwise, the condo was perfectly family-friendly.

Unit #602 Beautiful Condo. Very clean. Amazing Balcony!! Liked being in walking distance to The Back Porch. Also loved having BeMyShopper deliver and put away our groceries before we even checked in!! I have already made reservations to stay at Destin Gulfgate next summer.

This rental was amazing form the moment we walked in. The entire place was extremely clean and Even smelled clean. We came in after the office was closed but they left us a key in the lock box. Tons of carts for luggage and grocery shopping available by the front doors. There are two elevators and they both work rather quickly. The beach was huge and open. There was a lot of seaweed all over Destin beach so not something the Gulfgate could really help unless they could rake some away. Overall our stay was wonderful and we definitely want to come back to the Gulfgate.

We had the perfect stay at Destin Gulfgate for our 2 year anniversary. This definitely made up for the fact we wasn’t able to do anything for our 1st anniversary due to the pandemic. There isn’t one thing I would change! It was perfect!

Perfection !! BEACHFRONT ACCESS and BEAUTIFUL VIEWS. Enjoyed walking on the white sandy beach with its never ending symphony of crashing waves, or lounging and relaxing on the spacious patio equipped with ample seating arrangements for watching the ever changing colors of the water and sky, the flights of pelicans and seagulls, surfing dolphins, and the sea of people enjoying their day, "Life on the Beach". The Aquarium was very tastefully renovated and decorated. It was well stocked and equipped with every amenity. Loved the ice maker and garbage chute. TV's in every room with cable and wifi availability. Very clean and well maintained. All the comforts of home-could easily live there !!!
A great and secure location away from the madding crowd with easy access in and out. Felt save from covid. Masks were required in common areas and hand sanitizer was readily available. It was our first pandemic vacay. Would definitely recommend this property. Already thinking about a return visit to Destin Gulfgate 0602 Aquarium.

Highly recommend the “the gate” it’s the only place we stay at, very clean and up to date on everything!

This was our first time to stay here and we really liked it because it was peaceful. The beach wasn't crowded like some of the places we have stayed! Our 4 yr old grand daughter loved the walk in pool!

Perfect place for our family to escape and relax.
