Come relax and enjoy the world-famous sugar white beaches of the Emerald Coast in this beautifully decorated condo. This 1400sq foot, 2-bedroom, 2 bath condo features a 30-foot private beach-front balcony complete with brand new balcony furniture.
This spacious condo features the beach style with a modern touch. When you enter the condo you’ll be greeted by granite counter tops that complement the updated kitchen cabinets and drawer pulls. Brand new dining room furniture enough to seat 10 including bar seating. The living room features a brand new sectional, recliner, and large wall mounted 75 inch TV. Both bedrooms come equip with two wall mounted 55 inch TVs. Majority of the condo is tile except having carpeted bedrooms. The guest bathroom features a tub shower combo, while the master has a custom built, walk in shower. There is a Full size washer and dryer in the laundry room.
Separate ice maker can be found in the wet bar. This condo is non-smoking. And comes with free beach service March 1st through the Sunday after Thanksgiving. (November monthly reservations do not receive complimentary beach set-ups.) For monthly reservations in this unit, please contact the Destin Gulfgate office directly.

My wife and I have been to Destin several times but first time staying at Destin gulf! Overall we had a blast! The condo was clean, well appointed and best of all choice of three coffee makers! And as bonus we had a covered parking space! Thank you and we will be back!

Everything was wonderful. The condo was very nice & had everything that I needed to feel like home. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Easy access to the beach and I love how the chairs and umbrellas are only 1 row so you don't have anyone sitting in front of you. Easy access to great restaurants.
