Our time at gulfgate was great as always thank you and the staff our unit was beautiful just so you know the front door whistled when wind blew it needs some attention otherwise everything else was fantastic thanks again hope to see you in 2026 ❄️

I loved the look of this condo in the pictures, but staying there made me appreciate all the little touches and details. The coastal colors were so relaxing and tastefully incorporated in this well stocked condo. We appreciated the security of the private parking and cameras. We loved the location of Gulfgate on the beach overlooking the white sand and waves. You have privacy, but you are also close to two outlet shopping malls, grocery stores, fun activities, or restaurants on the water.

We live the Gulfgate. Every condo we have stayed in has been a good experience.

Our five days at Destin Gulfgate flew by much too quickly. The passing of Hurricane Helene to our east provided 24 hours of adventure and high surf but no real problems. We’ve stayed at DG many time over the years and it just gets better. It is well maintained, modernized, and the unit was outfitted with all the needed or could ask for. The staff members are outstanding as well. For the experience the value was excellent.

Staff was amazing!! Property was beautiful, secure and clean!!! After driving 12-hrs, from Texas, to arrive at the Sundestin and learn that we did not have a unit, Gulfgate literally saved the day!!! Now that we have stayed a Gulfgate, we will not return to Sundestin. Nothing against the Sundestin, we just loved our stay at Gulfgate, so much more!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

From the moment you walk in and see the view of the ocean you know you’re going to enjoy your time. The unit was clean and smelled fresh. The place was well stocked you just need to buy food and drinks and any seasonings you might prefer. The location was close to everything. The concierge on the beach were pleasant and accommodating. We will definitely visit again!

We booked this one late in the game but as a family, top 3 vacations we have ever gone on! We have a family of 5 and the kids loved it! Great views, great access to pool and beach. The ice maker is a game changer for the cooler. We are already booking our trip for next summer!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! This was our 3rd or 4th time staying here. Rooms are always nice! Plenty of space for all of my grandchildren and their parents. I just wish they could deliver towels daily as opposed to having to wash towels to shower with. Other than that, it’s great!!

The 1001 condo was the very first Destin experience I had around 10 years ago with my son and parents. I decided to take my wife this year and it did not disappoint. It was a perfect 8 day trip. I still think of the balcony today....

We had an overall amazing experience in this unit. This is by far the most well stocked kitchen in any condo we have ever stayed in. Not really any complaints, just would like to suggest that you add cushions to the patio loungers. We really couldn’t use those for lack of comfort. During our stay only one elevator worked. The working elevator was the smaller of the two so that was interesting and time consuming.

Our stay was fabulous! We love the Gulfgate 1001! The condo was beautifully decorated. Mike from maintenance did a great job keeping everything nice and tidy for all. Robby who set up our beach chairs was polite and friendly, always making sure "all was good". We will be back.

We have stayed at Gulfgate before many times. Because we love it so much, Destin is our vacation of choice. The condos are always clean and up to date and in an awesome location. We won’t stay anywhere else!
